Autonomous Grease Pump with Suitcase

This grease pump battery-powered is a fully automated, battery-powered grease gun. The gun is designed for manual lubrication of lubrication points.

It includes a pressure relief valve allowing excessive pressure (550 bars) to be released in the event of blockage of a bearing, a fitting or a lubrication line.

This autonomous grease pump battery-powered is driven by a small low-voltage electric motor, connected to a 3-stage planetary gear driver. The rotational motion of the engine is converted into reciprocating motion of the piston by an eccentric connecting rod mechanism.
